Each session is a blend of somatic healing modalities that work together to ease tension, restore balance and help you feel more at ease in your body.

Drawing from Visionary Craniosacral Work, remedial massage, visceral work, cupping, ritual work and trauma imprint repair processes. These tools are not used in a fixed way. They’re woven together intuitively, guided by what your body needs and the intention set together.

The focus is always on resourcing the nervous system, working towards resolving patterns of holding and inviting deeper connection.

Sessions may be in silence or include therapeutic dialogue.

Craniosacral Therapy for babies and children offers a soft, responsive way to help their bodies release tension, integrate early experiences and find ease in their body. The work is guided entirely by their cues. Touch is light, respectful and always paced in a way that feels safe for your child.

Parents are encouraged to be part of the process to support secure attachment.

Sessions with small children may include Craniosacral Therapy, Trauma Imprint Repair, attuned play for co-regulation.

Support for babies and children may include:
